Wen Shi, Co-Founder and Technical Art Director

Wen is seasoned in virtual reality production for gaming & storytelling. He has developed VR simulations for multiple industries, including construction, fire safety, manufacturing, maritime and aviation across the US, Asia and Australia.

 

At INTOGAMES, Wen led development teams on hugely successful projects including the AAA VR games God of War, Tomb Raider 9,  and Lost Planet 3.

In 2018, Wen oversaw the INTOGAMES’ partnership with iQIYI, (the Chinese Netflix) and produced some very well received VR game titles & VR film content.

Joanne Lan, Co-Founder and Marketing Director

Joanne is a passionate about the transformative power of virtual reality and 3D technology in business. Leading UltraREM’s Melbourne office, Joanne is helping Australian organisations leverage VR technologies to take personnel training, facilities & operations management, and marketing to a higher level.

 

Joanne has a Business Management degree from RMIT University in Melbourne. Her career has spanned business analytics, marketing and communications in Australia and China, including five years as Asia Pacific Regional Marketing & Communications Manager for the global maritime company, Wilhelmsen Group.

Yang Liu, Operations Director of UltraREM

Yang’s career in the digital creative industry began in 2008 as a 3D artist for Electronic Arts, working on major gaming titles The Sims and Need For Speed. In 2011, Yang expanded into programming and became a full stack developer.

 

Yang started VR development in 2016 and published several titles including Pro Table Tennis VR which was showcased at the US-China 50-year diplomatic commemorative services, and Virtual Fighting Championship released on the Steam platform. Yang has been the recipient of many industry awards and media plaudits.
